Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily security operations at the construction site, ensuring a safe and secure environment for workers and visitors.
- Supervise and manage the security team, ensuring they follow established security protocols and procedures.
- Monitor surveillance equipment and security systems to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access to the site.
- Conduct regular security checks around the site to assess potential risks or vulnerabilities.
- Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies, coordinating with local authorities if needed.
- Maintain a log of security activities, incidents, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory security requirements.
- Liaise with site management to address and resolve any security concerns.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or similar role
- Certification in security management or related field is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of security protocols, risk management, and emergency response procedures.
- Ability to lead and supervise a team of security personnel effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with site personnel and external stakeholders.
- Physical fitness and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
