Job Title: HR Officer (Healthcare Sector)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Officer to join our team in the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing HR operations, government-related processes, payroll, and compliance.

Job Description:

• Manage the entire process for employee visas, work permits, labour contracts, and DOH-related documentation, in close collaboration with the company’s PRO.
• Handle visa medical tests and Emirates ID biometric scanning.
• Facilitate applications, renewals, and cancellations of health insurance, as well as Abu Dhabi Pension Fund and Nafis registrations for UAE nationals.
• Ensure compliance with UAE immigration and labour regulations, resolving issues and addressing rejections with effective solutions.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns regarding policies, benefits, and HR matters.
• Manage day-to-day HR operations, including workplace policies, training, performance reviews, and KPI monitoring.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience handling similar positions in the Healthcare sector
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience in the UAE, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws, HR processes, and payroll principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS and payroll systems is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
