Job Description
COLLECTION OFFICER
- Achieve monthly collection targets by recovering defaulted amounts.
- Conduct field visits to engage difficult clients and recover payments.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints in line with company policies.
- Detect fraudulent activities and report them.
- Negotiate payment arrangements and ensure follow-ups.
- Retain customer loyalty during collection processes.
REQUIREMENT
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in debt recovery is a plus.
- Ability to handle difficult calls and field visits effectively.
- Computer literacy and keen attention to detail
Education: Degree, Diploma
