Job Description
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze data from Value4Her members from the platform database, member surveys, platform engagement data, partner value proposition, website analytics, and other relevant sources.
- Use statistical techniques and data visualization tools to identify trends, patterns, and insights within the membership base.
- Regularly monitor key performance indicators related to Vale4Her member engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
- Translate Value4Her data findings into actionable insights that can inform strategic decision-making processes.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improving Value4Her member experiences and driving membership and partnership growth.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Segment the membership base into distinct groups based on business segments, growth stage, type of business in the Agri-food ecosystem, value chains, demographics, and business support needs.
- Collaborate with communications teams to develop targeted campaigns and personalized messaging strategies aimed at different member segments.
- Continuously refine segmentation strategies based on ongoing analysis and feedback.
- Advise the Value4Her team on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to data analysis and member insights.
- Identify opportunities and strategies to improve overall member experience, acquisition, and retention.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in, Data Science, Statistics, Agribusiness, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in an agriculture-related membership-based organization or a similar industry.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools such as R, Python, or SPSS.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to draw actionable insights from complex datasets.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working with database management systems and data visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate results.
- Understanding of membership lifecycle management, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
