Job Description

 

 

 

The Position

You will be responsible to develop affiliate product marketing strategy, facilitate launch, sales execution as well as follow-up on the marketing programmes & strategic projects with internal stakeholders, working to achieve business objectives in accordance with internal & external quality guidelines.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Design and execute the product marketing plan and strategies. Ensure that the launch plan is in place and develop the product campaign including sales force promotional materials. Defines and manages product marketing budget.
  • Prepares product messages and communication materials and evaluates the success of promotional communication. Prepares promotional materials and evaluates the success of promotional campaigns.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with target customers and external stakeholders. Maintain and execute a regular visit plan with target customers in coordination with the sales force.
  • Propose the product marketing budget and manage it efficiently, ensuring effective spending investment to maximise return on investment for Novo Nordisk.
  • Provides regular market updates including competitor analysis, assessment of market trends, forecasts, and prescription data. Represent Novo Nordisk in congresses and company meetings.

Qualifications

  • University Degree in Science, Marketing or Biochemistry.
  • Fluent French, English proficiency would be an advantage.
  • At least 3 – 5 years of relevant work experience in pharma industry within pharmaceutical sales/marketing.
  • Good understanding of launch process and brand promotions.
  • Knowledge of NN product range and diabetes therapeutic area.
  • Good communication skills.
  • On a personal level you are highly creative individual, business driven, proactive, dynamic, and energetic, inspirational, ambitious, resilient, collaborative and you have high business ethics.
