Job Description

 

 

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.

  • Understand Kenya Fintech Industry
  • Understand Payment Gateway and Remittance services.
  • Strong understanding of company products and services
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts and performance analyses.
  • Develop and present proposals, pitches and presentations to potential clients to showcase our products/services and value proposition.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, prospecting and lead generation activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with marquee clients, partners and industry stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and proposals that meet the needs of clients and align with company objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
  • Willing to do grass root merchant onboarding
  • Ensure signed up merchant transacts

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Experience in Fintech  is an added advantage
  • 3-4 years working experience.
