Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- User Research: Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to understand user needs and behavior.
- Wireframing & Prototyping: Design wireframes, prototypes, and user flows using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Visual Design: Create pixel-perfect UI designs aligned with brand guidelines and modern design principles.
- Usability Testing: Conduct usability tests, gather feedback, and iterate designs to enhance user experience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Trends & Innovations: Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to elevate our digital offerings.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience:
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects. Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and front-end frameworks (a plus).
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge:
- Understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and design systems.
Education:
- Degree in Computer Science or IT, or a related field
