Role Overview
- We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Sales Office Representatives/Product Portfolio Managers to join our Business Development Team. In this office-based role, you will be instrumental in driving the growth of our pharmaceutical product portfolio while ensuring seamless collaboration with internal teams. Reporting directly to the Business Development Manager, this position offers an exciting opportunity to shape product strategies, support sales growth, and contribute to achieving the company’s goals.
Key Responsibilities
Product Portfolio Management
- Manage the development, maintenance, and growth of assigned product portfolios.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and industry gaps.
- Monitor product performance and recommend strategies to improve market share and profitability.
Sales Support and Growth
- Develop and execute strategies to boost sales of assigned product portfolios.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Coordination
- Collaborate with the finance and production teams to ensure timely availability of products and smooth day-to-day operations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare and present periodic sales and portfolio performance reports to the Business Development Manager.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions.
Administrative Duties
- Prepare sales targets and budgets for assigned portfolios.
- Track and follow up on action plans, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, product management, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry (preferred but not mandatory).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills being a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Gujarati and Swahili is a plus.
- Administrative skills, proactive mindset, attention to detail, and strong follow-up abilities.
- Team player with strong interpersonal and soft skills.
