We’re Hiring! Quality Control Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Control to join our team and ensure the highest quality standards for our fruits and vegetables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and evaluate incoming fruits and vegetables to ensure they meet quality and freshness standards.
• Monitor production and packaging processes to maintain compliance with food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, ISO).
• Conduct regular quality checks on finished products to meet customer specifications.
• Collaborate with procurement and production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain detailed quality reports, inspection records, and non-conformance logs.
• Conduct root cause analysis for product defects and recommend preventive measures.
• Train and guide production staff on quality control procedures and best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Agriculture, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in quality control, preferably in FMCG (fruits and vegetables).
• Immediate joiners are preferred.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, ISO).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in quality control tools and MS Office applications.
• Certification in HACCP or ISO.
