Job Description
The Food & Beverage Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the food and beverage department to ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction. The job holder will work closely with the team to maintain efficient workflow, monitor quality control, and enhance guest experiences.
- Minimum Experience: A degree or diploma in hospitality management or a relevant field.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the food and beverage team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in all food and beverage operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement of required stock.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to ensure professional growth and adherence to service standards.
- Address customer feedback and complaints promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and manage staff schedules to optimize productivity.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement promotional strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
- Analyze operational performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability.
Minimum Requirements & Responsibility
- A degree or diploma in hospitality management or a relevant field.
- At least three (3) years of proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, inventory management, and health regulations.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems.
