  • Be able to ensure a smooth-running pastry section.
  • Specialize in creation of pastries within a professional kitchen environment.
  • Creative with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or Demi Chef Partie in the Pastry section.
  • 2 to 3 years working experience in a similar position.
