  • Excellent Knife skills & proficiency in various sushi techniques.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Ability to create visually appealing & well presented sushi dishes.
  • 2 years working experience as a sushi chef in a hospitality set up.
