Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking to hire a Marketing Coordinator within the business development department who will be responsible for managing marketing operations to increase market share, customer satisfaction, sales revenue, and profitability. The role involves analytical, digital, commercial, and administrative responsibilities while collaborating across departments to achieve corporate business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Branding and Identity Management:
- Develop and promote branding initiatives aligned with corporate goals.
- Maximise brand value through new opportunities and ancillary revenue streams.
- Ensure conformity of products and services to brand identity.
Marketing Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute marketing plans within budget requirements, including CSR activities, roadshows, and activations.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify customer needs.
- Manage and execute annual strategic marketing and communication plans across online and offline platforms.
Content Development and Digital Marketing:
- Create SEO-friendly content for websites, social media, and press releases.
- Maintain and manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
- Conduct research on social media trends and create engaging advertising videos.
E-commerce and B2C Project Management:
- Oversee e-commerce platforms, customer service lines, and B2C projects.
- Coordinate website updates, including photo editing and content uploading.
Market Research and Analytics:
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies.
- Track online marketing metrics, including subscriber count and online sales performance.
Communication and Partner Management:
- Communicate and negotiate with promotional partners for joint activities.
- Represent the company at marketing events and manage client interactions.
Administrative and Miscellaneous Tasks:
- Update databases and spreadsheets for marketing activities.
- Ensure timely development and distribution of marketing materials.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Relevant Degree and/or Diploma in Marketing
- Experience in Website management
- Experience in managing social media pages and SEO analysis
- Experience in making videos and handling media-related response
Knowledge, skills, and abilities:

- Proficiency in Photoshop, photography, videography, and editing.
- Strong IT skills and the ability to multitask.
