The Talent Acquisition Specialist - Consultants and Temporary Workers will provide critical support to the operations area of the Human Resources Management department. With direction, they will provide important support in the administration and day-to-day operation of the organization’s global consultant and temporary worker management processes and systems.
The Specialist will coordinate across business units to administer the entire consultant and temporary worker lifecycles, from initial engagement through to termination. They will be responsible for assisting with scope of work development, performing rate negotiations, and reviewing, tracking, organizing, and maintaining relevant documents and data. Additionally, the Specialist will work with staffing agencies to source and recruit candidates for temporary engagements.
The Specialist will have the opportunity to stay abreast of local employment laws related to consultant/independent contractor and temporary worker management globally and will act as a resource person for answering operational inquiries.
Specific Responsibilities
