Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Source candidates through multiple channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Maintain and update a strong talent pipeline to meet future staffing demands.
- Draft and post compelling job advertisements to attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct pre-screening interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, culture fit, and experience.
- Oversee the candidate offer process, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.
- Track recruitment metrics to evaluate the success of hiring strategies and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with HR to ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 4 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a high-paced environment such as manufacturing, FMCG, or retail.
- Proven experience managing multiple roles simultaneously with a track record of meeting hiring targets.
- Strong sourcing skills, including proficiency in using ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other hiring tools.
- Excellent interviewing, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and best practices in recruitment and selection.
Salary: Kshs. 30,000 – Kshs. 50,000
