Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to attract and hire top talent.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet company needs.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and create job descriptions.
• Maintain organized recruitment records and candidate databases.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in HR or recruitment, ideally in the real estate sector.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems.
• Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
• Familiarity with UAE labor laws and recruitment practices.
