We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative/Receptionist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing front desk operations, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
Coordinate meetings and conferences, including booking rooms and arranging catering
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion
Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative or receptionist role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure
Attention to details
Fluency in English and Arabic
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
