Designation: Dispatch Coordinator – Sharjah, UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the team for forecasting plans of daily/ weekly delivery schedules
• Check and update the system (Sales Order, Model, Quantity) for units physically available and ready for shipment.
• Prepare delivery notes, packing list for units to be dispatched.
• Coordinates for truck requirements and arranges units required for delivery.
• Responsible for handing over all documents to compile shipments for the same customers.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in logistics or dispatch
• Education – Bachelor’s degree in commerce/ Material Management Courses or equivalent

Skills:

• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint, etc) is a must
• Knowledge of ERP application systems
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English. (Arabic is an advantage).
• Familiarity with the QHSE standards and respective QHSE policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Knowledge and understanding of the HVAC industry shall be a plus
