Job Description
  • As a Sales Executive, you will be pivotal in identifying, engaging, and closing deals for Tier Data’s Outsourced IT and SaaS solutions. Working closely with both our technical and management teams, you’ll develop a deep understanding of clients’ challenges and demonstrate how our solutions can support their growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect & Generate Leads: Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and strategic outreach.
  • Build & Maintain Relationships: Develop strong rapport with new and existing clients, providing ongoing support and fostering trust.
  • Present & Demonstrate Solutions: Prepare and deliver impactful presentations and product demos, highlighting the benefits of Tier Data’s offerings.
  • Collaborate with Technical Teams: Work closely with solution architects and project managers to ensure client needs are fully captured, understood, and implemented.
  • Exceed Sales Targets: Consistently meet and surpass monthly and quarterly sales KPIs and revenue objectives.
  • Forecast & Report: Prepare regular sales reports, including pipeline status, forecasts, and strategic insights for management review.
  • Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive analysis to refine sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma in Sales & Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years in customer service, ERP sales, software sales, or IT products, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS and ITaaS solutions; ability to communicate technical concepts in layman’s terms.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills, with a track record of building and nurturing long-term client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating across departments to deliver on client requirements.
