Job Description

Top 3 responsibilities

  • Manage relationships and develop business with TCF clients and prospects across Africa.
  • Support Rabobank in originating and structuring deals, managing relationships, and creating cross-sell opportunities.
  • Address client needs and provide advice on Rabobank's TCF products/services.

The around 200 people in global TCF serve Rabobank’s largest international clients, facilitating essential trade flows in the global value chain. TCF operates globally, with Africa activities coordinated from Nairobi. We provide financial services to importers, exporters, and domestic merchants of various commodities. The team also serves as Rabobank's Africa Center of Expertise.Working together is the way we work; as 1 passionate team at Rabobank. You and your talent

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in finance or economics;
  • Experience in Africa and substantial knowledge of the African banking and trade and commodity sector, combined with international exposure;
  • Experience in commercial banking and trade-based finance solutions;
  • Extensive client relationship experience and the ability to leverage your network;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Customer Focus & Teamwork;
  • Complex Problem-Solving & Entrepreneurial Mindset;
  • Integrity & Self-Motivation.
