Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Human Resource Manager to oversee and enhance all HR functions in our organization. The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic partner to the management team, ensuring that the HR department aligns with the company’s objectives. The role involves leading HR policies, practices, and initiatives to support a productive and engaged workforce, while fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective HR strategies, policies, and procedures.

- Monitor and report on HR metrics to the senior management team.
Minimum Requirements & Responsibility
