Job Opportunity: Assistant Facility Manager

Location: Dubai

We’re hiring an Assistant Facility Manager to join our team at Azizi Developments. In this role, you’ll support the daily operations of our facilities, including maintenance, safety, and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Facility Manager in day-to-day operations of facility management, including building maintenance, safety, security, and cleaning services.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and manage maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate vendor services, including repairs, contracts, and supplies, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality service.
• Supervise staff and ensure the smooth functioning of the building’s infrastructure and systems.
• Assist with budgeting and cost control efforts to optimize resource utilization.
• Handle facility-related inquiries and resolve issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• Min. 5 -10 years experience working.
