We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and play a vital role in ensuring smooth front office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and other communication channels effectively.
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
- Handle appointment scheduling and coordinate meeting rooms.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Support other departments with clerical duties as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
- Computer Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
