We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and play a vital role in ensuring smooth front office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and other communication channels effectively.
  • Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
  • Handle appointment scheduling and coordinate meeting rooms.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Support other departments with clerical duties as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
  • Computer Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
