Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive / Appointment Setter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will focus on setting up meetings with property owners to onboard their properties into our portfolio. This is a high-potential role offering lucrative earning opportunities through commissions on multiple revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up meetings with property owners using company-provided leads and self-generated leads.
Promote our services to property owners, including property management, furnishing packages, and rental solutions.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to maximize lead conversion.
Generate additional leads through networking and personal efforts to earn higher commissions.
Work towards achieving monthly targets for client onboarding.
What We Offer:

Base Salary: AED 4,000/month.
Commission Structure:
Higher commission rates for self-generated leads.
Commissions earned from:
Onboarding property owners.
Selling furnishing packages.
Securing guest bookings for holiday homes.
Visa: Full visa provided by the company.
Leads: Ready leads from digital marketing efforts.
Earning Potential: AED 10,000–15,000/month or more with successful lead conversions.
Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a holiday home company.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Proven ability to build rapport with property owners.
