Job Description

 

 

 

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

  • Identify and engage potential clients for Sentinel Africa Training Institute (SATI’s) public and in-house training programs.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and new business opportunities.
  • Utilize a variety of lead-generation tools and techniques (cold calling, email outreach, networking, etc.) to build a solid pipeline and achieve targets.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Address client inquiries and provide tailored training solutions.
  • Follow up on leads, proposals, and contracts to close deals.
  • Provide excellent customer service and be the primary point of contact for clients during the sales cycle.

Product Knowledge and Promotion:

  • Stay updated on Sentinel Africa Training Institute (SATI’s) training offerings and industry developments.
  • Effectively communicate the benefits of Sentinel Africa Training Institute (SATI’s) services to potential clients.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics including progress against targets.
  • Provide feedback to the management team to improve sales processes.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

  • At least 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in professional training or education industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Education: Degree, Diploma
