Job Description:
We are looking for a versatile and dedicated Safety Officer Cum Office Assistant to join our team. This role combines safety management with administrative support, making it ideal for a professional with a strong safety background and excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:Safety Officer:

• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance.
• Identify and mitigate potential safety hazards.
• Develop and implement effective safety programs and procedures.
• Train employees on safety practices and protocols.
• Investigate accidents and incidents to determine causes and prevent recurrence.
• Maintain accurate safety records and documentation.

Office Assistant:

• Provide administrative support to the plant manager and team.
• Manage maintenance records, insurance, and permits for truck mixers and pumps.
• Maintain calibration and safety certificates for equipment.
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and handle data entry efficiently.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong understanding of safety regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
