The Personal Assistant (PA) will play a critical role in managing administrative tasks, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, and ensuring smooth operations across various projects. This role demands a multitasker with excellent problem-solving skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to thrive under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Tasks:
  • Handle day-to-day administrative duties, including scheduling, organizing files, and correspondence.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and comparisons for decision-making purposes.
  • Coordination and Follow-Ups:
  • Communicate and follow up with contractors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure timely project completion.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the company and external parties.
  • Project Management:
  • Oversee and manage multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met and budgets are adhered to.
  • Maintain and update project schedules, timelines, and documentation.
  • Real Estate and Holiday Homes Operations:
  • Coordinate tasks related to property management, such as inspections, maintenance, and client relations.
  • Assist with property listings, bookings, and operational requirements for holiday homes.
  • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making:
  • Address operational challenges with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
  • Handle unexpected issues effectively while maintaining high standards of service.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in holiday homes, real estate, and project management in Dubai.
  • Familiarity with Dubai’s holiday home regulations and real estate market.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
  • Attributes:
  • Highly resourceful, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
  • A problem-solver with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Location:
  • Must be based in Dubai and have in-depth knowledge of the local market.
