Job Description

The Digital Sales Assistant will support the growth of partnerships and sales within the International Cooperation and Development sector. This role focuses on developing and maintaining relationships, coordinating digital sales strategies, and contributing to the overall mission of promoting sustainable development and impactful collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Campaign Management for International Cooperation.

  • Plan, create, and execute targeted digital campaigns to promote services.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance using analytics tools.

Sector-Specific Engagement.

  • Participate in forums, webinars, and online communities related to International Cooperation & Development.
  • Leverage sector-specific insights to tailor marketing efforts.

Lead Generation and Qualification.

  • Develop and implement strategies to generate quality leads.
  • Nurture leads through the sales funnel.

CRM Management.

  • Configure, maintain, and utilize CRM system to support sales and marketing objectives.
  • Organize and analyze data to enhance client engagement strategies.

Promotion of Products and Services.

  • Create and distribute engaging digital content and maintain a strong digital presence.

Collaboration and Reporting.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align on goals and strategies.

Digital Sales Reporting and Analysis.

  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to assess campaign effectiveness.
  • Continuous Learning and Development.

Perform other duties as assigned to support the organization’s mission and objectives.

Requirements:

Qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in SociologyInternational Development, Humanitarian Action, Disaster Management, Community Development, or a related field.
  • Certification in digital marketing.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or partnership roles, ideally in sectors like development, non-profits, or international cooperation.
  • Deep understanding of digital sales principles, techniques, and methodologies, with experience using digital tools and platforms such as CRM software, marketing automation systems, and analytics tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective digital sales strategies aligned with sector-specific goals and objectives.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Creativity, adaptability, and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, responding quickly to changing market conditions and customer needs.
