This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Analyst at BSK Global Technologies Limited in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analytical tasks, business analysis, communication with stakeholders, defining business processes, and documenting business requirements.

To be involved in the design or modification of business systems or IT systems. The analyst interacts with the business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand their problems and needs. The analyst gathers business requirements, documents, and analyzes the provided information.

The analyst will then document the current situation, advises on ways to improve the process and work with developers to use the new process in developing new technology, where need be.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills, Business Analysis, and Business Process expertise
• Strong communication skills for engaging with stakeholders
• Ability to define and document business requirements accurately
• Experience in conducting data analysis and interpreting results
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
• Certifications in Business Analysis or relevant field are a plus
