Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine formulations for balanced meal products such as powders, bars, and cereals.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards (e.g., KEBS).
- Conduct product testing, including taste, texture, and nutritional analysis.
- Source and evaluate ingredients to meet quality and cost requirements.
- Collaborate with the R&D team to create innovative products.
- Oversee production processes to maintain product consistency and quality.
Requirements:
- Degree in Food Science/Technology or related field
- 2+ years of experience in product development and quality assurance
- Strong knowledge of nutrition and food science
- Experience in formulation, manufacturing, and ingredient sourcing
Education: Degree, Diploma
