Job Title: Part-Time Customer Service Representative
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Salary: AED 2000 + Benefits
Working Hours: Part-time (4 PM - 10 PM)
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing information about services, policies, and procedures through phone, email, and live chat.
- Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints, concerns, and service-related issues promptly, ensuring a positive experience and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Booking & Scheduling: Assist customers with booking, rescheduling, and cancellations of services, ensuring accurate and timely service delivery.
- Client Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a courteous manner.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term customer relationships through effective communication and personalized service.
- Data Management: Accurately update customer records, track service requests, and follow up on pending issues to ensure resolution.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers and provide insights for process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within a similar industry (service-based).
- Language Skills: Proficient in English (both written and spoken). Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Skills: Exceptional communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a strong attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Professionalism: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure. Must be well-groomed and maintain a professional appearance.
- Age Range: 23 to 38 years.
- Documentation: Valid passport and visa with a minimum of 7 months validity.
- Positive Attitude: A customer-centric approach with a proactive attitude to resolving issues and ensuring client satisfaction.
