We're looking for a highly skilled Google Ads Expert to join us on a contract basis and lead our digital advertising efforts to drive measurable results for our events and training programs.

Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, and Video) to maximize ROI and lead generation.

Conduct keyword research and audience targeting strategies tailored to the event and training sector.

Optimize ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies for improved campaign performance.

Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide regular reports on KPIs, including CTR, conversion rates, and cost per acquisition (CPA).

Analyze competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities.

Work closely with the marketing team to align ad campaigns with broader marketing goals.

Stay updated on the latest Google Ads trends and algorithm changes to implement best practices.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Google Ads Expert or similar role, with a portfolio of successful campaigns.

Google Ads certification is a must.

Strong knowledge of performance marketing, conversion optimization, and A/B testing.

Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other tracking tools.

Exceptional analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Experience with event or training program campaigns is a plus.

Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.

Contract Details:

Compensation: Competitive, based on experience and campaign performance.

Location: Based in Dubai

Contract Type: Project-based or hourly, depending on mutual agreement.
