Female Secretary (Emirate Nationality)
Responsibilities:
- Administrative Tasks:
- Draft and translate documents, emails, and reports in Arabic and English.
- Manage office correspondence, including incoming and outgoing mail.
- Maintain organized filing systems for paper and electronic records.
- Schedule Coordination:
- Organize the manager’s daily schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Send reminders and updates for scheduled activities.
- Client and Visitor Support:
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
- Assist clients and partners by addressing inquiries promptly.
- Communication Management:
- Answer phone calls, relay messages accurately, and respond to emails.
- Liaise between departments and external partners as required.
- Confidentiality:
- Handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality and discretion.
- Office Coordination:
- Order and manage office supplies.
- Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
Qualifications:
- Nationality: Female - Emirate Nationality
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a secretarial role or similar administrative position.
- Education: Any
