Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and creative Media Production Officer to join our team at Diva Modelling & Events. The ideal candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and management of media production projects while collaborating with diverse teams to deliver high-quality outputs that meet client and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage all aspects of media production, including pre-production, production, and post-production activities.

Oversee talent auditions and selection processes, ensuring alignment with project requirements.

Coordinate with cast members, production crews, and creative teams to deliver seamless projects.

Develop and present production proposals, budgets, and schedules to clients and stakeholders.

Supervise on-set activities, including filming, photography, lighting, and sound design.

Ensure post-production processes, such as editing, color grading, and sound mixing, meet deadlines and quality benchmarks.

Manage inventory and intellectual property databases related to production assets.

Scout, register, and onboard new talent for upcoming projects.

Drive innovation and creativity to enhance the company’s media production capabilities.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional content.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring effective communication and service delivery.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 4 years of experience in media production or a related field, preferably in the fashion or entertainment industry.

Proficiency in media production tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, or similar.

In-depth knowledge of the fashion, modelling, photography, and casting industries.

Strong organizational skills to manage schedules, appointments, and production workflows.

Proven ability to scout and manage talent effectively.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills for client management and team collaboration.

Passion for the fashion and media industry, with a keen understanding of current trends.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
