Our client is a well-established mixed day and boarding school grounded in Christian values, providing quality education and fostering holistic development for its students. As part of its growth and commitment to excellence, the school is seeking a highly organized and proactive Transport Coordinator to oversee the transportation operations of the institution.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Fleet Management & Maintenance:
  Oversee the maintenance and repair of all vehicles in the fleet, ensuring that they are regularly serviced, compliant with safety standards, and ready for daily operations.
• Employee Management & Discipline:
  Supervise and manage transport staff, including drivers and assistants. Ensure adherence to company policies and discipline in the workplace.
• Liaison with Parents:
  Act as the main point of contact for parents regarding transport-related matters. Address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide updates on transport services and schedules.
• Routing & Scheduling:
  Plan and coordinate efficient transport routes and schedules to ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of students. Optimize routes for fuel efficiency and minimize delays.
• Transport Data Management:
  Maintain accurate and up-to-date transport data, including student registers, vehicle logs, and maintenance records.
• Service Quality & Safety:
  Ensure that all transport services meet the required safety and quality standards. Monitor service delivery and make improvements as necessary to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Compliance & Reporting:
  Ensure that all transport operations comply with relevant transport laws and regulations. Prepare reports related to fleet status, maintenance, and transport efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Educational Requirements:
  • Diploma in Logistics and Transport Management, or any other relevant academic qualification.
• Experience:
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a school or educational institution transport setting.
