Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Preparing patient prescriptions
  • Receive prescription requests
  • Answering prescription-related questions
  • Educating patients and caregivers on the appropriate use of medication, including frequency and method of intake or application
  • Managing pharmacy inventory and make supplies purchases
  • Taking part in administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent from recognized institution or a pharmacy technician certification.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • computer literate
  • Customer service experience.
  • Experience in a fast paced work environment.
