Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide customer service support to members, including inquiries, complaints, and product guidance.
- Support members on SACCO policies and any other correspondences.
- Helping in the preparation of board meeting materials and reports.
- Assisting in audits and compliance checks.
- Assist in data entry, record-keeping, and member account updates.
- Support the loan application and processing functions, ensuring compliance with policies.
- Preparing reports on member contributions, loan statuses, and delinquency rates.
- Contribute to financial reporting, analysis, and document preparation.
- Promote SACCO services and support member recruitment initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in fields such as Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related studies.
- Basic understanding of accounting and financial principles.
- Familiarity with SACCO or cooperative operations is an added advantage
