Position Summary: As a Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with clients, provide expert advice on jewelry pieces, and build lasting relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of customer service, and experience in the jewelry industry. Experience in jewelry manufacturing is a plus, as it will deepen your ability to discuss product details and customization with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting jewelry pieces that best meet their needs and preferences.
• Provide detailed information on products, including material, quality, and pricing, to help customers make informed decisions.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Handle transactions accurately, ensuring a smooth checkout experience for the customer.
• Maintain the store’s appearance and organization to create an inviting shopping environment.
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking items and organizing displays.
• Stay up-to-date with current jewelry trends, product knowledge, and store policies.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewelry industry.
• Experience or familiarity with jewelry manufacturing processes is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to understand and anticipate customer needs.
• Basic knowledge of gemstones, precious metals, and jewelry maintenance is preferred.
