Megapolis Real Estates is seeking a proactive and skilled Recruitment Manager to join our Dubai team. This role is crucial for steering and managing our recruitment processes, with a focus on attracting top talent within the real estate sector.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the recruitment of experienced real estate professionals.

Drive recruitment strategies and work closely with department heads to understand hiring requirements.

Develop and implement strategies for identifying and engaging potential candidates.

Communicate effectively with department contacts and search firms, ensuring a positive experience for candidates.

Create screening criteria, summarize candidate qualifications, lead negotiations, and seek opportunities for process enhancements.

Stay informed about hiring trends in the real estate industry both locally and globally.

Use tracking tools to analyze recruitment trends and report insights.

Maintain a competitor map, track competitor compensation and benefits in relevant areas.

Manage candidate profiles through digital platforms, provide updates on hiring progress, and generate reports on potential candidates.

Supervise the recruitment of experienced hires, improve team skills for better outcomes, and manage the recruitment process from start to finish.

Represent Megapolis Real Estates at industry events, job fairs, and networking functions to promote our employer brand and attract top talent.

Requirements:

At least 2 years of relevant experience in the real estate sector.

Proficient in recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and related software.

Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
