We are seeking a dynamic and versatile HR, Admin, and IT Support Specialist to join our team. This multifaceted role requires a proactive individual who can manage human resources functions, administrative tasks, and provide IT support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR processes, excellent organizational skills, and a solid understanding of IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives.
- Address employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues.
Administrative Support:
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring all resources are available and operational.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Support management in project coordination and reporting.
IT Support:
- Provide first-level IT support for hardware and software issues, troubleshooting problems as they arise.
- Assist with the setup and configuration of computers, networks, and other technology.
- Maintain IT documentation, including user guides and procedures.
- Collaborate with external IT vendors for support and maintenance when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in HR, administration, or IT support.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance issues.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.
- Basic knowledge of IT systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
