We are seeking a dynamic and versatile HR, Admin, and IT Support Specialist to join our team. This multifaceted role requires a proactive individual who can manage human resources functions, administrative tasks, and provide IT support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR processes, excellent organizational skills, and a solid understanding of IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives.
  • Address employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues.

Administrative Support:

  • Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring all resources are available and operational.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
  • Support management in project coordination and reporting.

IT Support:

  • Provide first-level IT support for hardware and software issues, troubleshooting problems as they arise.
  • Assist with the setup and configuration of computers, networks, and other technology.
  • Maintain IT documentation, including user guides and procedures.
  • Collaborate with external IT vendors for support and maintenance when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in HR, administration, or IT support.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance issues.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.
  • Basic knowledge of IT systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
