We are seeking a professional and motivated Listing Agent to join our real estate team. The Listing Agent will act as an intermediary between sellers and buyers, executing all required steps to list a property and manage the process until the agreement is finalized.

Responsibilities:

Prepare listing materials and pre-listing presentations.

Responsible for Sales and Leasing availability list and prices.

Conduct market analysis to ensure listing prices align with market values.

Negotiate listing prices to achieve the best market value.

Coordinate showings, schedule open houses, and check property portal ads.

Must have a work experience in CRM system.

Update and manage listings on the CRM system.

Follow up with the marketing coordinator for post updates.

Present offers from buyers and tenants and facilitate negotiations.

Ensure a high number of verified units are listed.

Must be professional in MS office.

Qualifications:

Can join immediately.

High school diploma or equivalent.

1-3 years of experience as a call center agent/representative or relevant field.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and teamwork skills.

Proficient in relevant computer applications.

Knowledge of customer service practices and principles.

Excellent command of English/Arabic and MS Office.
