Job Description

Position Summary:

  • We are looking for a skilled Data Annotation Specialist to join our team in Nairobi. The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This role involves preparing and labeling data for machine learning models, ensuring accuracy, and providing insights from annotated data.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Annotate and label data with high accuracy and consistency.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to understand data requirements.
  • Maintain and improve quality standards for data annotation projects.
  • Generate reports and insights based on annotated data.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining annotation guidelines.
  • Quickly adapt to new tools and processes as the project requirements evolve.
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks to meet project deadlines.

Skills and Experience:

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
  • Experience: At least one (1) year of experience in Data Annotation.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Advanced computer skills for report preparation and data analysis.
  • Knowledge of call center operations and best practices in digital content review.
  • Strong analytical abilities for data interpretation and insight generation.
  • Effective time management and multi-tasking skills to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to make quick and informed decisions.
