We are hiring for Customer Support Executive for a Client in UAE.

Position: Customer Support Executive

Location: Internet City, Dubai

Candidate should have:

• Knowledge in Focus Software
• Min. 1 years of experience in Customer Support.
• Knowledge in Logistics /Export
• Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and shipment tracking.
• Resolve any issues or complaints raised by customers in a timely and satisfactory manner.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Monitor and update customers on the status of their orders and shipments.
• Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
