Job Summary:

The Account Executive will be responsible for managing Supplier accounts, fostering relationships within the café and restaurant sector, and driving sales efforts to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the hospitality industry, specifically in cafés and restaurants, with a proven track record

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing supplier in the café and restaurant sector
• Account Management: Oversee all aspects of client accounts, including contract negotiations, account setup, and addressing any issues or inquiries promptly.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports to the management team, highlighting performance metrics, achievements, and areas for improvement
• Bookkeeping : Must need bookkeeping experience

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in an account executive or similar role within the hospitality industry, specifically in cafés and restaurants.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or accounting
• Skills:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation and sales skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software including Tally
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Attributes:
• Highly motivated and target-driven.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients.
