Job Description

Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Fractional Executive at Vivo Fashion Group. The role involves overseeing strategic initiatives, driving growth, and managing day-to-day operations. The Fractional Executive will collaborate with the leadership team to implement business strategies, enhance operational efficiency, and achieve key performance indicators. The role is based in Nairobi, Kenya, with flexibility for remote work.

Qualifications

  • Experience in strategic planning, business development, and operations management
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Financial acumen and budget management skills
  • Data-driven and results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of the fashion industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration or related field
