We are seeking an experienced HR Officer with a solid background in the oil and gas sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling the HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with company policies and labor laws. Fluency in both English and Arabic is preferred for effective communication with a diverse workforce.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to oversee and manage various HR and administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling HR functions such as benefits administration, as well as managing general administrative duties to ensure the smooth operation of our office.HR Coordination

· Day to day HR activities

· Coordinating with Accounts for payroll

· HR Documentation

· HR Administration

· Employee training and Development

· Preparing leave settlements and End Of Service Benefits for employee.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

At least 3 years of experience as HR in UAE, with 3+ years of experience as HR Executive in a company with 1000+ employees.. Bachelor's degree/ Masters in Business Administration / PGDM

HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.

Experience in HR software's.

Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Immediate joiners preferred,
