Job Description
Salary: KES 15,000
Location: Lavington
Education: Currently pursuing or pursued a degree in computer science, IT or a related field.
Skills:
- Basic IT knowledge
- Ability to think critically, analyze problems and good communication skills
- Understanding networking fundamentals
Experience (optional but beneficial):
- Any prior experience in a technical support role
- Basic knowledge of tools and systems used in contact centers
