Job Description

Role Description

 

This is a full-time field sales role as a Customer Development Executive (CDE) located in Kenya. 

Job purpose is:

 

To Work with the Distributor/ Distributor sales team to deliver agreed business objectives within assigned territory. 

A key contributor to the success of the PZ Cussons commercial strategic plan with an effective and flexible field sales force; demonstrating industry leadership in both volumes driving & brand building activity.

Lead in the delivery of customer and field sales business objectives towards the achievement of the overall organization business and growth objectives.

Qualifications

 

Diploma/ Certificate in any related field

2-3 years of sales experience with proven previous sales track record

Experience working in an FMCG is an added advantage.

Knowledge about Branded personal care products sales is preferred.

Computer expertise in MS Office e.g Excel, Power point etc.

Hold a valid Driving License
