The AET Tuskers won the toss and chose to field first in their CSA One-Day Cup match against Six Gun Grill Western Province at Six Gun Grill Newlands in Cape Town on Wednesday afternoon.
Western Province are the current pacesetters in the competition, sitting top of the log on 11 points after two big wins, by six wickets against the North West Dragons and 10 wickets against the Lions, while their third game against the Warriors was washed out.
The Tuskers have only played once so far, as they made a stunning start to life in the top flight with a thumping nine-wicket win over the Lions.
Both teams will thus be eager to continue their strong starts with another big performance in today’s clash.
